Return Policy

Product purchased or shop by our website like printer or accessories must be returned if any manufacturing defect or damaged product can we exchanged with 30 days. Customer have right to ask refund that will be credited with 30 days after product pickup. Customer must pack the product in the original box of product received in. We have right to reserve of 10 to 15 % restocking fee if any product related original accessories are missing.

Item received as a part of bundle like cable or power cord can be returned for replacement under return policy under return policy.

Customer is willing to get refund of the product of item is unused, unopened and non-tampered after return under return policy Item purchased by customer is not eligible to return incase product is damaged, used, open software or tampered. Can exchange defective software of same product under warranty time period.

Our Return Policy

Product can we return or exchange after providing RA (Return Authorization) number. Any product cannot be returned or exchanged with RA number. For RA number contact Brother Printer.

Item must be returned by traceable shipping company like UPS, Postal service or mail service with a return receipt with 30 days. Please note shipping fee will be customer responsibility.  

Our Credit and Refund Policy

Customer will get refund within 30 business days after return received by company. After product by company amount will be refunded with 4-5 days depend on mode of payment you have done or financial institution. If payment made PayPal than it will take 7 to 30 working days.

Shipping Charges Non-Refundable Policy

Company is not willing to refund any shipping charges after credit full refund of return product. Even include order cancellation and return or exchange. Customer will be full responsible for shipping charges or return charges etc.
